Travian Kingdoms does not offer a direct option to delete your main (lobby) account. However, you can delete your Travian Kingdoms avatar in a game world yourself.
That said, you can still request us to delete your lobby account.
Please keep in mind that this action is irreversible, and you will lose everything you have achieved in Travian Kingdoms. This includes active avatars, experience, achievements, and any transferable Gold.
To request deletion of your Travian Games account and all associated personal data, reply to Support with this explicit confirmation: “I confirm that I want Travian Games to delete my account(s) and all personal data associated with the email address: [your email address]”. After receiving your confirmation, Support will forward the request for processing, and you will receive an email with further instructions.
In your request, please specify:
That you wish to delete the account associated with your email address.
That you understand and accept the consequences of deletion (permanent loss of all access, progress, remaining Gold, experience, etc.).
We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we’ll take care of your request accordingly.
