How to report a player?

It is possible that you may experience a situation in the game that feels inappropriate or does not respect the game’s rules.


Fair play is one of our main goals. A rule violation is unfair, especially toward players who follow the rules. You can help us keep the game fair by reporting suspicious players. Below you will find a guide explaining how to proceed.


There are three main types of reporting, each with its own method:

  • Game violations (via the Help Center)
  • Conversation violations (via the conversation interface)
  • Chat violations (via the in-game chat)


Game violations


Game violations refer to all rule breaches that are not related to communication between players. Examples include multiaccounting, inappropriate names or profile content, or clearly suspicious in-game behavior.


To report this type of violation, please use the contact form in the Help Center.



How to report a game violation:

  • Open the Help Center in the upper right corner of the game screen.
  • The Help Center opens in a new tab. Scroll all the way down to find the ticket form.
  • Select Report a player as the category.
  • Enter your email address, username, and game world.
  • Choose a clear subject line, for example “Suspicious activity” or “Possible multiaccounting”.
  • In the description field, describe what you have noticed and what you want the team to check. Add as many relevant details as possible, such as:
    • the player’s name
    • the nature of the violation
    • the time or timeframe it occurred
    • any evidence (coordinates, alliance or village names, timestamps, etc.)
  • Optionally, add attachments, such as screenshots, to support your report.
  • Finally, check the boxes for Privacy Policy and reCAPTCHA, then click Submit.


Our team will receive your report and carefully investigate the case, taking the appropriate measures to maintain fair play.


Note:

Although our team is very observant, they are not all-knowing! If you don’t specify what to check, the issue might be overlooked. The more accurate your report, the faster and more precise the verification will be.



Conversation violations


If you receive a message with inappropriate content, you can report it directly from the conversation interface.


To do this, open the conversation, click on the report icon, and confirm the report. A team member will receive your report along with a copy of the message and will take care of it.


Note:

You can also ignore the player for 24 hours. This will prevent them from sending you more messages during that time.



Chat violations


An equivalent reporting feature exists for the in-game chat.


Open the chat window, click the report icon, and select the type of report you wish to submit. You can also choose to ignore the player for 24 hours. Once submitted, our team will receive your report and review an excerpt of the chat to investigate the case.

Additional information

  • Use the correct tool. Reports sent through the Help Center cannot be used to check message content.
  • Be specific. A message like “Player X is cheating” is not helpful without details.
  • Privacy matters. We cannot share investigation results or the names of players who submitted reports.
  • Every report is checked. Even if you don’t see a visible punishment, it doesn’t mean nothing was done. Some measures are not visible to other players.
