In Travian Kingdoms there are two ways to show your success: achievements and medals. Both reflect your progress in the game, but they work differently. Achievements are permanent and stay with your account, while medals belong to one specific game world.
Achievements
Achievements are special tasks in addition to the regular gameplay. They are designed to reward both activity and skill. Travian Kingdoms includes dozens of achievements, most of them divided into five levels. Each level is represented by a different frame around the achievement icon – from a simple wooden border up to a golden one.
For example, the “Early Bird” achievement challenges you to perform a certain number of attacks within one minute after the end of the night truce. The first level requires only one attack, while the highest level needs 100.
Some achievements are based on constant activity, such as attacking or defending regularly. Others test your efficiency and skill, for example by reaching 200 population in as few days as possible. Your best results are saved and shown in the lobby so you can see your personal progress over time.
Where to find the achievements
You can open the achievements overview from your Travian Kingdoms lobby. There you can see all achievements, filter them by type, and collect rewards for completed levels. Each level gives you prestige points, which increase your total prestige.
Note:
When you complete an achievement, a popup appears in the game. Don’t forget to collect the prestige reward!
Some achievements are special:
- Achievements for finishing or winning a game world
- Hidden achievements for particularly ambitious players
Hidden achievements have no visible description, so you’ll need to find out how to unlock them. These special ones usually have only one level but give a large number of prestige points.
Showing your achievements to others
You can display your achievements on your player profile. Open your profile page and edit the description. On the right side, you’ll find the list of available achievements. Click an icon to add or remove it. The higher your achievement levels, the more impressive your profile will look to other players.
The difference between achievements and medals
Although both achievements and medals represent success, they are not the same.
Achievements are permanent. Once you unlock one, it is saved to your Travian Kingdoms account and remains visible in your lobby profile even after a game world ends. You can keep collecting achievements across different worlds, and all progress contributes to your total prestige.
Medals are temporary. They are awarded at the end of a specific game world for ranking among the top players in different categories, such as top attacker, defender, or hero. These medals appear only on your profile for that world and do not carry over to other rounds.
In short: Achievements show your long-term progress, while medals highlight your best performances in individual game worlds. Both let you display your success, but achievements stay with you permanently, and medals disappear when the world ends.
