The Help Center allows you to contact Customer Support for assistance with a question or other problem.
In the Help Center, you can choose one of multiple categories for your message topic: Game question, Game bugs & issues, Account issue, Report player, My account is banned, Payment issue, Suggestion/feedback.
Game Support:
- Game question is the category you should use if you cannot find an answer to your question using the Quick Help, AI Assistant, or Support Articles.
- If you wish to report a technical issue, please use Game bugs & issues and provide as much information as possible. Such as which web browser you are using and the device you are playing from (computer, phone, tablet, etc).
Violation:
- Report player is the category you should use if you want to report something that violates the game rules (such as a village, account, or alliance name, insulting or harassing messages, multi-accounts, etc.).
- My account is banned should be used if you contact the Travian Team about a banned (or locked) account.
Other Issues or feedback:
- Payment issue is the category for questions regarding payment options or payment problems.
- Account issue is the category for questions regarding account-related issues not covered in other categories.
- Suggestions/feedback is a category for any feedback or ideas for game improvements you wish to forward.
If you are unsure which category to choose, select the one you find most fitting. Regardless of the category, your message will be answered.
In your message to Customer Support, try to state your problem as clearly as possible. It will make it easier to answer your request and help you sooner. Also, attach a screenshot if it helps to show or describe your problem.

Lastly, you can always look at your open Customer Support tickets. There is a "My tickets" button next to the "Send" button on the Help Center screen. Here, you will see a list of all the tickets you have submitted to Customer Support.
